Also contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
